Cathy Grimes

Cathy Grimes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, leadership, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Docent at the Barnes Foundation since August 2022, Cathy facilitates art education and learning. Involved with TEDxCapeMay since June 2018, Cathy selects and collaborates with speakers to promote knowledge and dialogue through various programs. As a Co-Founder of AllayBox from July 2020 to July 2023, Cathy curated quality CBD products to support health and happiness. Previous roles include Project Leader at Compass Pro Bono for Ronald McDonald House Charities, Global Head of Human Resources at SIG, and VP of Sales and Account Management at CIGNA Group Insurance. Cathy began their career as a Compensation Analyst at BNY Mellon and worked as a Compensation Specialist at Hay Group. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Organizational Design/Marketing from NYU and Drexel University, along with a BA in Liberal Arts from Villanova University.
