Marsha Foster

Marsha Foster, M.S., M.Ed., is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Clarity Coach at The Barrett Group since November 2021. In addition to this role, Marsha has been an Academic Advisor and Success Coach as well as Adjunct Faculty at Cleveland State Community College since October 2018. Previous positions include College and Career Counselor for the Hamilton County Department of Education from August 2016 to October 2018, Associate Dean of Students and Adjunct Faculty at Averett University from July 2007 to August 2016, and Judicial Education Coordinator at Young Harris College from July 2000 to 2005. Marsha holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education from the University of West Georgia, a Master of Science in Physical Education from The University of New Mexico, and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a focus on Creative Writing from Hamilton College.
