Judith Marchand

Judith B. Marchand currently serves as the Director of Corporate Governance & Legal Affairs at the Baruch S. Blumberg Institute since May 2015. Previously, Judith held a position with the National Philanthropic Trust in 2014, contributing to the organization's philanthropic initiatives. Judith's extensive background includes nearly 22 years at the John Templeton Foundation, an international grantmaking foundation, and experience as a Human Resources Manager and Foundation Director at Byers Choice, Ltd from 1989 to 1991. Judith's career began at the University of Pennsylvania, where various positions were held in grants and contracts, data administration, faculty affairs, and budget administration from 1979 to 1989, alongside a brief role as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Lesser & Kaplan, LLC in 1981-1982. Judith is an alumna of the University of Pennsylvania.
