Alessandro Luciano

Alessandro Luciano has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Alessandro'smost recent role is as the Director of Restaurants at The Bastion Collection which they started in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Manager at Jack's Wife Freda from November 2020 to May 2022. From July 2017 to September 2020, they served as the General Manager at Fleming by Le Bilboquet. Alessandro also held the position of Assistant General Manager at Frankies Spuntino - Prime Meats - Cafe Pedlar from July 2015 to July 2017. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Sant Ambroeus from June 2014 to July 2015. In 2013, Alessandro worked as a Kitchen Expeditor at Patina Restaurant Group from February to June, and in 2012, they had a role in FOH/BOH at LA Grenouille Restaurant.

Alessandro Luciano attended The Dwight School from 2002 to 2007 and obtained an International Baccalaureate degree. Alessandro then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies at Providence College from 2007 to 2011. In 2012, they enrolled at the International Culinary Center, where they focused on French Culinary Technique. Subsequently, in 2013-2014, Alessandro pursued a degree in Restaurant Management at the same institution.
