Ozden Pekmezci

Ozden Pekmezci currently serves as the Director of Restaurants and General Manager of Food & Beverage at The Boca Raton since June 2023. Previously, Ozden held the position of Director of Onboard Operations - F&B and General Manager, Onboard at Brightline Trains from September 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, a role as Regional Manager was undertaken at Casa de Montecristo from March 2020 to March 2021. Ozden's career includes significant experience in various leadership positions, such as General Manager at Hospitality Management Corporation (2016-2019), Assistant General Manager of Food & Beverage at Gaylord Hotels (2014-2015), and Beverage Manager at MGM Resorts International (2011-2014). Additional positions include Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Hilton Chicago and Intern/Food & Beverage Supervisor at The Peabody Memphis. Ozden Pekmezci holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Uludag University and supplementary education from Penn Foster Group.
