Mahmoud Hawa

Mahmoud Hawa has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, holding various management roles throughout their career. Mahmoud is currently the Managing Director at The Bath Club, starting in March 2021. Prior to that, Mahmoud served as the CEO of HRC Consulting Group, LLC, where they provided consulting services to numerous restaurants, hotels, and club operations. Mahmoud also worked as the General Manager at Doral Isles, overseeing a residential community club and implementing improvements based on resident preferences. Mahmoud has also held positions as the General Manager/Food and Beverage Director at The Bath Club and as the Club Manager/Director of Food & Beverage at The Ocean Club, Key Biscayne. Mahmoud began their career as the Director of Food and Beverage at The Grand Bay Hotel, where they played a key role in restoring and enhancing the resort facilities. Throughout their career, Mahmoud has demonstrated proficiency in managing operations, implementing growth strategies, creating fine dining experiences, and maintaining high standards of property and equipment operation.

Mahmoud Hawa pursued their education in the field of Hospitality Management from 1980 to 1985 at Florida International University. Mahmoud obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management during this period.
