Jason Grubbs is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at The Battery since October 2024. Following recent roles as Chef De Cuisine at Mentone Restaurant and Executive Chef at Twain Taproom and Barbecue, Jason has established a diverse portfolio in various prestigious kitchens, including voco The Tiger Hotel and Il Posto. Jason's earlier experience includes notable positions such as Sous Chef at Rosewood Miramar Beach Montecito and Compere Lapin. An alumnus of The Culinary Institute of America, Jason holds associate degrees in Baking and Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance at Johnson & Wales University.
