Laila Abdelal McClay

Laila Abdelal McClay is currently serving as the Interim Dean of Academics and Innovation at The Bay School of San Francisco. Previously, Laila Abdelal held roles as the Assistant Dean of Academics and Innovation and Humanities Teacher at the same institution. Prior to this, Laila Abdelal worked as a Humanities Teacher and Director of Debate at Sonoma Academy and as a Director of Debate and Administrative Team Member at St. Vincent de Paul High School. Laila also has experience in journalism, having worked as a Freelance Reporter for Public Radio and as an Associate Producer at various media outlets. Laila Abdelal holds a BA in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley and a M.A in Humanities from Dominican University of California.
