Joe Portsmouth is an experienced retention and CRM professional, currently serving as Sr. Director of Retention at The Beard Club since February 2022. Previously, Joe held the position of Director of Retention at PetHonesty, where notable achievements included leading customer retention strategies that significantly increased customer lifetime value through various marketing channels.
