Helen Nicotera

Helen Nicotera has been working in the Human Resources field since 2000. Helen began their career at Manpower as a Human Resources/Recruitment Coordinator. In 2002, they moved to Multiplex as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they provided HR advice, solutions and consultation to senior leaders and support and advice to employees. In 2003, Helen joined Volvo Group as a National Human Resources Manager, where they managed the HR team and lead the Centre of Expertise for Remuneration and Benefits. Helen also provided strategic partnerships to senior leaders and employees in offices nationally and globally. In 2016, Helen moved to Camilla Australia as Head of Human Resources. Helen then worked as a Self-Employed Human Resources Director from 2018 to 2021 before taking on their current role as Head of People & Culture at The Beauty Chef in 2021.

Helen Nicotera obtained a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) between 1997 and 2000, with a field of study in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, and Psychology.
