Brent Pilgrim

Brent Pilgrim has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Brent started their career at The Beck Group in 2001 as a Project Engineer and worked their way up to Project Administrator. During this time, they gained knowledge and skills in both integrated services and traditional delivery projects. In 2005, they began cross-training with the Architecture group, learning design fundamentals and furthering their integrated services experience. Brent also worked in Estimating and obtained exposure to the company's technology platform. In 2007, they joined Beck Technology, Ltd as a Project Manager, where they became a super user of their proprietary software and gained experience in planning, conceptual design, estimating, and preconstruction. In 2011, they were promoted to Director of Services, leading a team that provided technology-related services to diverse clients. In 2016, they returned to The Beck Group as the DESTINI Applications Director, responsible for implementing and integrating DESTINI applications in preconstruction processes. In 2022, they became the National Director of Preconstruction, working with regional leadership to develop a next-generation preconstruction team and promote standardized processes and integrated culture.

Brent Pilgrim began their education in 1995 at Texas A&M University, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design in 1999. Brent continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Construction Management from 1999 to 2001.
