Karen Smith

Karen Smith, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Manager at The Beck Group, supporting teams across multiple locations nationwide since May 2021. Previous experience includes roles as an HR Business Partner at Britvic plc and GE, along with HR support positions at banco BV and Banco Pine. Karen participated in a J-1 Work and Study exchange program with InterExchange and held various HR intern positions, including at Stefanini Brasil and WCS Telecomunicações. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
