Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at The Beck Group since November 2019, Michael previously held roles such as Architect at Michael F. Czap, Architect, Director of Lean Design at BRPH, Vice President at MORRIS Architects, and Principal at RTKL Associates, where responsibilities included managing healthcare projects and leading project delivery practices. Michael's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and a BSAS in Architecture, both earned from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
