Elaine Leong

Elaine Leong is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Group General Counsel and Group Company Secretary at The Benevolent Society, Australia's first charity. With a strong focus on the not-for-profit sector, Elaine chairs multiple organizations, including the NFP Legal and Governance Network, the Governance Collaborative, and the Modern Slavery Charities and NFP Forum, while also leading the ESG Working Group and the NFP In-house Legal Counsel Guide project.
