Nicholas Hanson is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in technology support and web development. Currently serving as Tech Services Admin at The Berg Group since February 2022, Nicholas plays a critical role in providing IT support across various teams. Prior to this, Nicholas held the position of Help Desk Technician at Office Depot, where responsibilities included front-end support and assistance within the Tech Center. Experience also encompasses a role as Network Design Consultant at Ebenezer Senior Living and as Lead Web Developer and Network Engineer for Hanson's Home Services. Nicholas has a solid educational foundation, holding an Associate degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Dakota County Technical College, and recently completed a certificate in Cyber Security from ISC2. Additionally, Nicholas has experience in retail operations from a role as Crew Member at Target.
