Olivia Bromley

Olivia Bromley is currently a Recruitment Assistant at The Berkeley Partnership in the UK. Prior to this, they worked as an Event Coordinator at Wellington Chamber of Commerce from February 2020 to March 2020.

In their role at Wellington Chamber of Commerce, Olivia was focused on building relationships with HR Business Partners in Germany, France and Netherlands by educating them on how the UK HR operations team work. This included creating process guides and timelines to assist with procedure changes, as well as running bi-monthly Skype meetings to resolve any issues and build a better platform of communication. Olivia also took on a security screening project for over 100 fee earners within the UK firms, which involved being the first point of contact for the outsourced security firm and Eversheds Sutherland employees. Olivia gathered ID documents required for the screening and gave weekly updates to managers. In addition, Olivia assisted with the Solicitor Apprenticeship recruitment by screening up to 500 applications for all national offices including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Cardiff and Newcastle. Olivia used a scoring method of effectiveness and energy which would result in whether the applicant progressed to the interview stage or not. Lastly, they created Offer letters, Contracts and First day letters for new starters throughout the UK, Asia, Middle East and Europe.

Olivia’s experience in HR and event coordination, along with their ability to build relationships and communicate effectively, makes their a valuable asset to any team.

Olivia Bromley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management from Auckland University of Technology. Olivia also has a High School diploma from Chanel College. In addition, they have a Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London.
