Martin Ganser

Martin Ganser's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Martin is currently the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at The Berner Group, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief of Staff / Head of Executive Board Office at The Berner Group from January 2021 to November 2022. Before joining The Berner Group, Martin worked as a Manager of Transformation Management at The Berner Group from February 2020 to January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Ebner Stolz Management Consultants from January 2019 to February 2020, and as a Consultant at the same company from September 2017 to December 2018. Martin also worked as a Consulting Analyst at Aprimano Consulting GmbH from October 2016 to August 2017. Martin gained additional work experience as a Consulting Intern at Detecon International GmbH in June 2015, as a Consulting Intern at KBN Consult KG in June 2014, and as a Tutor in Organization & Human Resources at the University of Cologne, Department of Business Development and Business Ethics from December 2013 to February 2014. Martin Ganser completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration at the University of Cologne from 2010 to 2014. In 2012, they also briefly attended the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México as part of their Bachelor's degree program.

Martin then pursued their Master's degree in International Management, first at Nova School of Business and Economics from 2014 to 2016, and later at CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education in 2015. Martin also received a Master's degree in International Management from Ivey Business School at Western University in 2016.
