Amy Kwiatkowski Mpa

Amy Kwiatkowski, MPA, currently serves as the Community Experience Director at The Beryl Institute, a role held since October 2022, after previously holding the position of Manager of Community Experience. Prior to this, Amy worked as a Grants Administrator at Kindering and held various development and volunteer management roles at Rescue Ranch, Inc. with a progression from Volunteer Coordinator to Manager of Development and Volunteering. Additional experience includes social media management at Fanimal and various positions at Appalachian State University, culminating in a Graduate Assistant role. Amy's early career focused on organizational management and guest services, highlighted by a position as Spa Supervisor at Innovative Spa Management. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Appalachian State University.
