Laura Setzfand has extensive work experience in the natural products industry. Laura is currently a Board Member at Naturally LA, a community for the natural product industry in Los Angeles County. In 2022, they also served as the Chief Revenue & Growth Officer at The Better Bakehouse Company.
From 2019 to 2022, Laura was the SVP, Head of Sales & Marketing at Foodstirs Inc, where they played a key role in company growth across all retail channels, eCommerce, and DTC. Laura led various strategic initiatives, including sales planning, marketing, product innovation, digital advertising, and distribution strategy.
Before that, Laura worked as the Chief Sales & Marketing Strategist at Fitzgerald Media from 2015 to 2021. Laura provided strategic consulting services to emerging CPG brands, specializing in branding, go-to-market planning, retail activation, data analytics, and sales planning. Some of their notable clients included Beanfields, Hail Merry, and Rise Bar.
Laura's earlier positions include Vice President of Marketing at Giv Foods/Irwin Naturals, Executive Vice President of Marketing at Amy's Kitchen, Vice President of Sales at Wisdom Natural Brands, Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Nature's Gate/Levlad, Director of Marketing at The Hain Celestial Group, and Director of International & Trade Marketing at TIGI/Toni & Guy. In these roles, they were responsible for various aspects of brand management, sales, marketing, product development, and global expansion.

Laura Setzfand received their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Tufts University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. After completing their undergraduate degree, they pursued further education and completed coursework for an MBA at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 1998 to 1999. Subsequently, Laura attended The Johns Hopkins University from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in International Economics & Trade.
