Eric Audiffred has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Eric is currently employed as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at The Better Being Co. since November 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer for the same company from November 2019 to November 2021. Eric also has experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Ribbit Network, where they volunteered on the mechanical design team to build Greenhouse Gas Sensors.
Before joining The Better Being Co. and Ribbit Network, Eric worked at Anheuser-Busch in various roles. Eric served as a Business Process Manager from June 2019 to November 2019, overseeing the Safety, Quality, and Production on the Aluminum bottle packaging line. Prior to that, they were a Shift Manager - Packaging Department, where they were responsible for safety, quality, and production performance on their shift. Eric also held the position of Utilities Maintenance Group Manager and Utilities Department Group Manager, where they managed maintenance planning, analyzed utility usage, and troubleshooted any problems. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Services Manager and Packaging Department Group Manager, overseeing production lines and managing maintenance technicians.
Eric's early career included engineering internships at Trek Bicycle Corporation and Spartan Light Metal Products. Eric also served as the Human Powered Vehicle Chief Engineer at Missouri S&T Student Design Center and worked as a Mechanic at West County Cycles. Eric gained early work experience as a Laborer at Summer Winds Nursery.
Eric Audiffred earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2015. Eric is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, with an expected completion date in 2024.
