Oliver Lea

Oliver Lea has had a varied career. In 2007, they began their career as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Navy, where they also underwent Basic and Specialist Training. In 2010, they became an Operations Manager for the Royal Navy Submarine. In 2012, they took on the role of Navigating Officer for the Royal Navy Submarine and Head of Force Development and Influence for ISAF. In 2015, they became Head of Business Development and Strategy for Kpler. In 2017, they became the CEO of Lea & Roberts Ltd. Finally, in 2018, they co-founded and became the Managing Director of The BIB Wine Company.

Oliver Lea obtained a Level 3 Advanced Certificate (Distinction) from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2017. Oliver also has expertise in Dari/Afghan Farsi from the Defence School of Languages. From 2007 to 2008, they attended the University of Plymouth, where they obtained a FdSc in Naval Science and Operational Studies. Prior to this, they attended Britannia Royal Naval College, Dartmouth and Oakham School.
