Jocelyn spent nearly a decade at the Financial Times, progressing from Director of Marketing Intelligence, overseeing data management and campaign management, to EVP of Global Marketing, where consumer marketing efforts significantly impacted digital and print subscription revenues. At Lowe Direct from 1996 to 1999, Jocelyn managed accounts focused on customer acquisition and retention strategies for News UK. Jocelyn holds a BA Hons in English Literature and Latin from the University of Leeds.
