Daniel Malenkov

Daniel Malenkov is currently a Talent Acquisition Consultant at The Big Search. Prior to that, they were with Kenjo for just over a year as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

At Kenjo, Daniel was responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various positions and seniorities. This included identifying suitable channels and solutions to reach both active and passive candidates in target groups, building a strong versatile candidate network, and working closely with hiring managers and other key stakeholders on recruiting/sourcing strategies. Daniel was also heavily involved in product usability testing and served as an "internal customer" for various features around the platform.

Since joining The Big Search, Daniel has continued to hone their skills in talent acquisition and management. Daniel has helped the company improve its data-driven recruiting operations and has been involved in various innovative side projects, such as employer branding and newsletters. Their work has helped The Big Search attract and retain top talent from all over the world.

Daniel Malenkov has a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering - Skopje.
