Tamara Titieva

Tamara Titieva is a Talent Acquisition Consultant at The Big Search. Tamara has over three years of experience in talent acquisition and executive recruitment. Prior to their current role, Tamara was an Associate Producer at CrazyLabs and a Talent Recruiter at Revolut. At The Big Search, Tamara is responsible for developing new and creative sourcing methods, creating specialised search strategies and scorecards, fostering long-term relationships with candidates, and conducting screen interviews. Tamara is also part of the Employer Branding team and is responsible for sales ops activities and lead generation.

Tamara Titieva has a Master's Degree in E-business Management from the Faculty of Economics at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje, and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philology at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje. Tamara also has certification from Udemy in Employer Branding for Talent Acquisition.
