Bruce Barbaree

Bruce Barbaree has a diverse work experience. Bruce started as a Catering Manager/Director at Delano Hotel in South Beach in 1995. From 1998 to 2005, they were the Owner of Elan Catering and Event Design. In 2005, they became the Creative Director at Karu & Y, where they played an executive role in the opening team of a $25 million project. In 2007, they joined Biltmore Hotel as a Creative Director.

Bruce Barbaree attended Florida State University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theatre.
