Brandon Moffitt has a diverse work experience in the field of neurodiversity and therapeutic boarding schools. Brandon is currently serving as the Executive Director and Founding Partner of The Black Mountain Academy, which focuses on personal growth and support for neurodiverse adolescent boys. Prior to this, they co-founded The Autism Symposium, an annual conference aimed at improving services for neurodiverse individuals and their families. In addition, Moffitt worked as the Program Director and Primary Therapist at SUWS of the Carolinas, where they developed and led The Approach program for adolescent boys with autism, learning differences, and social difficulties. Brandon also provided supervision and training to staff members.
Brandon Moffitt completed their education at Denver Seminary, where they obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from 2002 to 2005. Brandon has not obtained any additional certifications at this time.
