Terry Myers has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Terry started their career as a Financial Analyst at Ingram Barge Company, where they were responsible for job costing analysis and developing financial metrics reports. Terry then moved on to Cade and Associates CPAs, where they prepared tax returns and worked on audit engagements. At Tacker Shelton & Alsobrook CPAs, they served as a Staff Accountant, working on tax preparation and monthly financial statements. Myers then joined Bankers Trust as an Assistant Vice President, handling public filings and reporting trading activity. At Brookdale, they held the position of Senior Director of Planning and played a significant role in a major merger, as well as developing financial forecasting models. Terry later served as the Chief Financial Officer at Sears Methodist Retirement System, where they successfully managed a liquidity crisis through debt restructuring. Myers also worked as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Vanguard Healthcare Services, LLC, implementing cash management tools. Prior to their current position as the Chief Financial Officer at The Blake by QSL Management, they worked as a Financial Consultant, providing services such as M&A support and accounting services to various companies in the Greater Middle Tennessee market.

Terry Myers obtained an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, Myers received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting from Lipscomb University, which lasted from 1985 to 1990.
