Tara Rice

Tara Rice, MPH, MCHES, currently serves as SVP, Director of Applied Behavioral Science at The Bloc since October 2023. Prior roles include VP Strategy Director at McCann Health New York and Behavioral Strategist and Patient Engagement Consultant for various clients. Tara’s extensive expertise spans health psychology, patient engagement, and behavior change strategies, with a strong focus on research methodologies and personalized communication to enhance treatment adherence and patient outcomes. With a background in health education at organizations such as HealthEd Group and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Tara has successfully developed educational programs and tailored health messages for diverse patient populations. Tara earned an MPH in Community Health Education from Hunter College and has engaged in doctoral research at The Graduate Center, City University of New York.
