Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of visual assets for brands, ensuring they align with established brand guidelines and creative strategies.
  • Support the design team in executing creative projects, including layout designs, illustrations, and digital assets for client presentations and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand design needs and contribute ideas to enhance project outcomes.
  • Review and proof designs for accuracy and quality, ensuring adherence to brand standards and feedback from senior designers.
  • Learn and apply industry trends and design technologies under the mentorship of senior designers to improve skills and stay up to date with design innovations.
  • Assist in managing production timelines for design projects, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Contribute to design discussions within the team, offering input and learning from senior team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Support Creative kickoff meetings as needed, assisting in organizing project requirements and ensuring a smooth process.

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of related work experience

  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent in Adobe Products (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop)

  • Experience in product photography, lifestyle photography, and/or graphic design (please provide a portfolio link)

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or experience equivalent to four years of college) in a related field

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong, tactful, communication skills to build relationships with internal and external contacts, discuss problems, and present data and recommendations.

  • Demonstrated ability of excellent sound judgment, professionalism, and effective (verbal & written) communication.

  • Possess strong analytical, interpretative, and constructive thinking skills in varied situations, coupled with tact and reasoning, enabling effective problem discussion, data presentation, and responsible decision-making.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit – ability to pivot quickly, a curiosity to learn, and a sense of ownership and confidence in leading clients and cross functional partners.

  • Ability to both take and give constructive feedback as a tool for professional growth.

  • Experience in visual branding strategy, marketing principles, and consumer behavior.

  • Creative and aesthetically minded
