Job Summary:
The UX/UI Designer will enhance the usability and user experience of the MagicOrange product. The primary objective is to optimize the product's design by exploring various approaches to solve end-users' problems and ensure the best possible experience.
You will work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and technical limitations, translating them into user-centric designs. This role involves conducting user research, creating sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
Key Responsibilities:
User Research & Design:
Conduct user research (e.g., interviews, surveys) and translate insights into actionable designs, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Collaborative Design:
Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and refine solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
User-Centered Approach:
Apply a user-centered design methodology, iterating on designs based on user feedback.
Prototyping & Testing:
Develop interactive prototypes and conduct user testing to validate design decisions.
Problem-Solving:
Identify design challenges and deliver elegant, effective solutions that enhance usability.
Cross-Device Optimization:
Design and optimize for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Innovation & Risk-Taking:
Propose and implement creative ideas to continuously improve the product's design.
Key Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methods.
Knowledge of UI/UX design best practices for creating user-centric solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform user experiences.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with front-end development principles is a plus.
