Alessandro Cappellotto

Alessandro Cappellotto has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as National Field Manager and previously as State Operations Manager at Strikeforce AMC since August 2016. Prior to this role, Alessandro owned and managed Shuga Cafe Bar Lounge from November 2003 to August 2016, and Crooners Cafe Bar from November 2003 to May 2011. Alessandro received education at Whitefriars College.
