Amy Serafin

Amy Serafin has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in marine management and customer service. Currently serving as Marine Manager at The Boat House Group since December 2019, Amy has also held roles as Accounting Specialist and Marina Coordinator within the same organization. Prior experience includes a position as Customer Experience Coordinator at Marshalls Convenience Stores from October 2019 to May 2020, and various positions at The Village of Fox Lake from September 2009 to October 2016, where responsibilities included Parks and Recreation Coordinator and Parks and Recreation Assistant. Amy is an alumnus of the College of Lake County.
