Samantha Ritter has been working with BOC since April 2009. Samantha serves as the Human Resources Manager at BOC and is responsible for developing a people agenda that aligns with the strategic objectives of the business. Samantha oversees a team that provides HR and ER advice to approximately 1250 employees. Prior to their current role, Samantha worked as a Human Resources Manager for the Southern Region at BOC Limited from 1995 to 2008. Samantha holds a B. Bus degree in HR & Industrial Relations from RMIT University.
