The leadership team at The Body Shop has a history of experience in a variety of industries, including board trusteeship, management, marketing, and customer service. Many members of the team also have experience working for large companies, such as L'Oreal, Johnson & Johnson, and Philip Morris International. The team is also educated, with degrees and certifications from universities and institutes such as the University of Melbourne, the University of Cambridge, and NEOMA Business School.
