Valerie Kennedy

Valerie Kennedy has held various roles in talent acquisition and recruitment throughout their career. Valerie started as an Account Director at Ray & Barney Group in 2002 and later worked as an Executive Recruiter at JPMorgan Chase & Co. before becoming an Independent Principal & Executive Recruiter. Valerie then served as Manager of Talent Acquisition at KPMG US before taking on the role of Director of Client Development & Recruitment at The Bolton Group in 2023. Their experience spans a wide range of industries and recruitment specialties.

Valerie Kennedy holds a BA from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Franklin University. Valerie also has additional certifications in internet recruiting and personnel consulting.
