Olga Guante

Olga Guante is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Concert and Coffeehouses for the Rutgers University Programming Association, where leadership involves overseeing a team to organize events and book artists. Olga previously managed a significant budget as the Assistant Director of Community Engagement, facilitating inclusive events for over 45,000 students, while also collaborating with numerous organizations. In addition, Olga has held roles at The Bonner Foundation, focusing on community outreach and communications, and has completed internships at Johnson & Johnson, where innovation in data processing and automation solutions were key contributions. Olga is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Informatics with a focus on Data Science at Rutgers University, building a strong foundation for future career endeavors.
