Colin Smith

Colin Smith is an experienced recruitment professional with a background in technical recruiting, career services, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Recruitment Lead at The AI Institute since November 2022, Colin has previously held senior technical recruiter positions at ISEE and Optimus Ride, where responsibilities included supporting the growth of hardware and software teams. Prior roles include a recruiter role at Charles River Development and a Recruitment Senior Analyst position at Accenture, focusing on entry-level hiring. Colin's career began at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where roles ranged from Career Assistant to Assistant Director of Career Services, including conducting mock interviews at the MIT Media Lab.
