Blair Swadley

Blair Swadley has over a decade of work experience. In 2021, they became the Director of Human Resources & Legal Compliance for advanced.farm, and prior to that was Human Resources Manager for the same company. From 2016 to 2015, they worked as an Associate Attorney for Flesher Schaff & Schroeder, Inc., and an Attorney for State Farm ®. From 2008 to 2007, they were a Claims Adjuster Property and Bodily Injury for Liberty Mutual Insurance, and a Legal Assistant for The Bassett Law Firm.

Blair Swadley attended the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law from 2011 to 2014 and obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Law. Prior to that, they attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2004 to 2007 and obtained a BA in International Studies.
