Brian Gatti

Brian Gatti has a rich and diverse work experience background starting with their role as a Tax Reclaim Coordinator at State Street from 2000 to 2003. Brian then moved on to become a Tax Administrator, Senior Associate in Wealth Management Services, and eventually a First Line Manager in Global Trade Processing at State Street, where they handled various responsibilities such as team management, client service, and process improvement. Following their tenure at State Street, Brian transitioned to GattiHR as the Director of Research from January 2013 to November 2018. Brian then joined The Bowdoin Group as a Senior Consultant from December 2018 to December 2019, and later as a Principal starting from January 2020. Throughout their career, Brian gained expertise in areas such as executive search, human resources, and recruitment, particularly within the Healthcare and Technology sectors.

From 1996 to 2000, Brian Gatti attended Providence College where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management.
