Cliff Holly, MBA, PMP, CSM, ITIL, currently serves as Deputy Program Manager at Peraton, overseeing the Internal Revenue Service Enterprise Systems Testing program with an annual budget of nearly $24M and managing resources for 20 testing projects. Previously, as Program Manager at The Bowen Group, Cliff led large-scale initiatives with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs under a $58M contract, enhancing operations for the White House VA hotline and ensuring 24/7 support across multiple locations. Cliff also served as Enterprise Process Improvement Project Manager at Aptive Resources, focusing on business process re-engineering and Salesforce expertise, and as Project Manager at Dekatron Group, where mission-critical project management and team mentoring were key responsibilities. Early in career as Project Manager & Web System Administrator at The Canton Group, Cliff directed web and software development projects for nonprofit and government clients. Educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a B.S. in Business Management from Hampton University.
