Currently serving as Help Desk Manager at The Bowen Group since April 2020, Siobhan has previously held the position of IT Help Desk Manager at BAM Technologies, LLC from August 2016 to April 2020, and worked as a Technical Specialist at The Bowen Group from October 2012 to August 2016. Earlier roles include Technical Specialist at Solutions Development Corporation in 2011 and Tier 1 Lead Analyst at Future Research Corporation from June 2009 to January 2011.
