Bob Matthews

Bob Matthews has extensive experience in field service technology, with a career spanning several decades. Since September 2010, Bob has served as a Field Service Technician at Bradshaw Group, specializing in the maintenance and repair of IBM and OCE large laser printers. Prior to this role, Bob worked at IBM from 1968 to 2002 in a similar capacity as a Field Service Technician. Bob also holds an education from Joliet Junior College, enhancing the technical expertise brought to the field.
