Tina Pfalzgraf

Tina Pfalzgraf is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Branch since March 2022. Prior to this role, Tina held the position of Senior People Operations Director at Jacobs from April 2021 to March 2022, and served in various leadership roles at Parsons Corporation from December 2014 to April 2021, including Vice President of Talent Management. Tina's extensive career in human resources began at CH2M HILL, where multiple senior leadership positions were held from June 2000 to December 2014. Additional experience includes a role as Human Resources Consultant at Kaiser Permanente in 1999-2000 and Human Resource Manager at Interstate Hotels from 1992 to 1999.
