Ryanne Chitjian

Ryanne Chitjian currently serves as the Science Department Chair and Science Teacher at The Branson School, a position held since July 2021. Previous experience includes a role as a Physics Teacher at Seattle Academy from August 2019 to June 2021, and a Teaching Assistant at Stony Brook University Graduate School from August 2017 to May 2019. Ryanne's early career features positions such as a Risk Analyst at Wells Capital Management, an Instrument Shop Assistant and Technical Theater Assistant at Carleton College, and an externship at Short and Brennan Architects. Additional roles include working as an Office Assistant at Trims Unlimited, Inc., a Marketing Intern at A2G, and a Summer School Student Counselor at Marlborough Summer School. Education comprises a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and participation in a study abroad program in Spanish from Carleton College, a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Stony Brook University Graduate School, and ongoing pursuit of a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Stony Brook University.
