Joe Delosa III

Joe DeLosa III is an experienced professional in energy policy and regulation, currently serving as a Manager at The Brattle Group since March 2022 and as a Snare Drum Technician at George Mason University since October 2019. Previously, Joe held significant roles at the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities from June 2018 to February 2022 as Bureau Chief for the Bureau of Federal and Regional Policy and as a FERC Specialist in the Office of Federal & Regional Policy. Joe's tenure includes leadership in various PJM stakeholder processes and federal energy policy representation for Delaware's Public Service Commission from March 2015 to June 2018. Joe's career began with SolarCity as a Field Energy Specialist from June 2014 to March 2015. Joe holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Energy Law from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a dual Bachelor of Science in Energy and Environmental Policy and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Delaware.
