Who’s Who Legal has listed him as a leading Competition Economist and Thought Leader, recently noting that he “is ‘top notch – a first-choice economist,’ providing skilled econometrics on cartel damages, investigations, and mergers.”

A widely published author, Dr. Davis has coauthored two books: Quantitative Techniques for Competition and Antitrust Analysis (Princeton University Press) and Damages Claims for the Infringement of EU Competition Law (Oxford University Press). He has also published research in numerous journals, including The Journal of Industrial Economics, the Journal of Econometrics, and the RAND Journal of Economics.
