Jordan Kobert has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jordan is currently the CEO & Co-founder of The Breakaway, a training app for cyclists. Previously, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Truckee Craft Ventures from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they were the Head of Product at Urbandoor, contributing to the brand, marketing, and product development. During their time at Strava, Inc. from 2011 to 2015, they held the position of Head of Business Development/Commerce. Jordan also worked as a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Google and a Co-Founder/COO at Ztail.com. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Development at HomeGain.com and held a role as a Strategic Operations Manager at The San Francisco Chronicle. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a Senior Consultant at AECOM, where they co-managed an internal Process Design team and led cross-functional teams for clients such as The Washington Post and The Boston Globe.

Jordan Kobert completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Bates College in the years 1992 to 1996. Following that, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued an MBA degree, specializing in Strategy and Operations, from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
