Ryan Pearce is an experienced professional in the field of applied behavior analysis and positive behavior support with a career spanning from 2004 to the present. Currently serving as Operations Manager and ARC Affiliate Trainer at The Bridge Care since September 2019, Ryan has also held multiple roles including Principal PBS Practitioner and Registered Manager. Additionally, Ryan contributes as an Affiliate Trainer at ARC by B-inspired Training and Consultants Ltd since December 2020. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Lifeways Group and JS QUALITY CARE LIMITED, along with roles at Underly Garden School and Creative Support. Ryan's educational background includes pursuing a PDip/MSc in Applied Behavior Analysis & Positive Behaviour Support at the University of Kent and further studies at the University of Northampton and Kendal College, among others.
