Daniel Noriega

Email Operations Director at BRIDGE

Daniel Noriega has a diverse work experience spanning nearly 25 years. Daniel began their career at Institutional Investor, where they served as a Fulfillment Manager, overseeing the circulation for newsletters with nearly 1 million subscribers. Daniel also managed computer operations and maintained the subscriber database.

After their time at Institutional Investor, Noriega joined Coty as a Finance Specialist. In this role, they submitted visuals for cooperative advertising programs and managed payroll. Daniel also presented financial data at sales meetings and resolved customer issues.

Noriega then transitioned to The Financial Times, where they held the position of Senior Operations Manager for over 16 years. Daniel achieved record growth in new subscriptions and managed individual teams for various acquisition channels. Daniel also led global customer service and CX teams and implemented continuous operational and process improvements.

Following their tenure at The Financial Times, Noriega worked at The New York Times as a Marketing Operations Manager. Daniel achieved double-digit growth in print and digital subscriptions through strategic recommendations and data segmentation. Daniel also led the implementation of SAS Marketing Management and CRM systems.

Most recently, Noriega joined New York Life Insurance Company as a Licensed Insurance Agent. In this role, they offered a variety of insurance and financial products to meet clients' needs.

Currently, Noriega is working at Bridge as the Email Operations Director. Daniel is responsible for executing high-impact email marketing campaigns and leads a team of specialists. Daniel is also working on the launch of a new campaign management tool.

Throughout their career, Noriega has demonstrated expertise in marketing operations, customer experience, team management, and strategic planning.

Daniel Noriega attended St. John's University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies. In terms of additional certifications, they completed "The Netcore 2021 Inbox Expo" at emailexpert in March 2021 (multiple entries), "Creating a Responsive HTML Email" at LinkedIn in December 2020, and "Building Accountability into Your Culture," "Communication within Teams," "Digital Body Language," and "Giving and Receiving Feedback" at LinkedIn in October 2020.
