Lance Phillips

Lance Phillips is a Recruitment Consultant at The Bridge since January 2023, specializing in technology recruitment within a global executive search firm that is a subsidiary of Morson Group. Concurrently, Lance holds a position as a Background Screening / Recruitment Consultant at Morson Talent, starting in March 2022. Prior to these roles, Lance worked as a Barista at Costa Coffee from January 2017 to March 2022. Lance earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Animation & Visual Effects from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completing the program in June 2021.
